Firstly, Thank you for being here. I am so pleased to welcome you.

The offerings I have been and continue to share over the last 10 years are not only drawn from what I have studied, but also from the tapestry of my own life experiences.

Today, I share what I do because I have walked through the pain of loss, the grief of losing a parent, and the personal journey of healing from health challenges.

I’ve faced moments that changed me to the core.

I had someone to hold my hand through it all.

Now, I am here to hold yours.

My Why

Firstly thank you for being here. Since the age of 21 I was faced with a variety of different forms of grief .

Loss of Health and the Passing of my dear father.
Through Rituals, practices, somatic informed therapies, restorative yoga, pranayama practices, and the wisdom of yoga philosophy and texts, I found the support I needed to tender to my own grief physically and emotionally.

Now I share what helped me during those times with you.

My Dad walks with me everyday as I share from my heart to yours.

A note of gratitude

I’d like to offer my deepest gratitude to my mentors, teachers, dear friends, all my family and all the life lessons and teachings I have experienced so far on this path.

All the teachings that have made me become who I am today and helped guide me on this path to be here sharing my offerings with you all .

A Heart-felt gratitude to my father Christopher Jarvis and my Mother for always supporting me to follow my dreams.
