1:1 Somatic Grief Therapy
As a somatic grief therapist, I support in helping individuals navigate the complex and often overwhelming journey of grief. I believe that grief is not just an emotional experience , it is something that lives in the body.
Whether you've experienced the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or any other significant life change, I offer a compassionate and holistic approach to healing that integrates both mind and body.
The 2 month somatic grief therapy package I share is a 2 month one to one programme online.
We will book in one Therapy session a week for 8 weeks. The online live sessions are 45 mins and these include a mix of therapeutic somatic practices and ritual practices.
I will check in with you weekly and see how you are getting on with the home practices.
If you would like to have the support of the 2 month package you would need to complete a form for me before we book the sessions.
The cost of the package is £480 - This can be done in two instalments of £240 one month, £240 for the second month.
