Self Compassion programme
I offer a 2 month self compassion programme. This 2 month programme combines therapeutic work with body-based practices like yoga, pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, and somatic based therapeutic techniques to help you heal your inner child, reconnect with joy, and nurture self-compassion. Each session is designed to guide you through a holistic healing process.

How It Works:
One session every week for 8 weeks. online ( Eight sessions in total)
- Each session blends therapeutic techniques with body-based practices, allowing you to explore your emotional world while healing and nurturing your body.
You'll receive guided meditations, journal prompts, and resources to support your growth between sessions.
Outcomes:
By the end of this program, you will have reconnected with your authentic self, and learned to nurture your inner child with love, compassion, and joy.
This program is designed to be gentle yet profound, helping you create lasting emotional well-being and a stronger connection to your true self.
