  • Talks / workshops from Guest Teachers.Including psychotherapists, specialist therapist in Grief, Breath-work and integrative psychotherapy.

  • Therapeutic resources and rituals.

  • All sessions are online. You can be supported and be in the comfort of your own home.

  • To be supported by community and a group of likeminded individuals.

  • An opportunity to share and be seen. To be held in community.

  • Understand grief, create a safe space, set intentions.

  • Name and embrace your emotions through yoga and somatic techniques.

  • Releasing Tension - Use restorative yoga and breathwork to release physical and emotional tension.

  • Incorporate grief into daily life and explore ways to move forward with resilience.
