My Journey
The offerings I share are not only drawn from what I have studied, but also from the rich tapestry of my own life experiences.
Today, I share what I do because I have walked through the pain of loss, the grief of losing a parent, and the personal journey of healing from health challenges.
I’ve faced the dark night of the soul, and in those moments,
I longed for someone to hold my hand through it all.
Now, I am here to hold yours.
So why do I support women like you ?
The main reason I share what I do today is because I once found myself bed bound for two years, after a long time as a personal trainer, dancer, and marathon runner. I never imagined I would become bed bound after burning myself out. My journey to recovery is the foundation of the work I do now, helping women find their own path to healing.
It all began when I was struck by a condition called ME. Before that, I had been a marathon runner and competitive swimmer, but suddenly, I was no longer able to get out of bed. I was told by doctors that I would be sick forever, and for a while, I believed it. But I was determined to find another way. I dove into research, learned how to heal my body after illness, and discovered that my nervous system needed to be regulated. I had to learn how to truly love, nurture, and rest my body—things I had never understood before, especially after years of punishing and pushing myself.
After feeling the depths of personal grief of losing my health I became faced with the devastating loss of my dad which made me feel the depths of grief even deeper. My father and I were so close. He was and still today is such a big inspiration to me in my life. He stood by me , supported me and always believed in me. I know he would be proud of me helping others and he was such a kind father. Losing my father at a young age has been one of the most challenging parts of my journey. Through restorative yoga, pranayama practices, and the wisdom of yoga philosophy and texts, I found the support I needed to heal physically and emotionally.
Since that first yoga class, I have been on a mission to share what helped me so much. I’ve completed over hours of study and participated in various teachings—vinyasa, yin, restorative, Bhakti, and yoga therapy.
As a therapist, and from my own life experiences, I want to remind you that you have the power to support and heal yourself.life will take you to the trenches at times, I am here to remind you that you have the strength within to rise again for you , for them.
The practices I share are here to guide you in learning how to love, care for, and nurture yourself every day, especially as you walk your own healing journey.
I’m not here to make empty promises, but I will be here to guide you with tools and practices to support your healing journey. Ultimately, you’ll be the one doing the healing, with my help along the way. I hope hearing my story inspires you to believe in your own healing journey. You can rise again even when life really hits you to the ground. Its a chance to be reborn.

My Trainings
I started my research into wellbeing 10 years ago .
Before diving deeper into this work I I was a personal trainer with a strong interest on anatomy and nutrition, I have also been a Dance Teacher for 10 years with a strong understanding of the physical body.
Today all my titles of personal trainer, dancer teacher, nutritionist, life coach , yoga teacher, yoga therapist , massage therapist all combine together to give a rich understanding of the physical , spiritual and mental body.
Making what I share today a really rich experience from so many angles of wellness.
I Today predominately hold the titles of a yoga therapist, kirtan leader, massage therapist and yoga teacher.
My qualifications as a teacher and student over the last 10 years include over 900 hours of yoga studies.
