This program is for you if you are experiencing grief, loss, body image struggles, self-doubt, health challenges, or if you feel disconnected from your true self. It’s an invitation to embrace change, heal from within, and rise again to create the life you’ve always desired.
What We Will Explore:
Over the course 1 month, we will meet once a week for a 45-minute online session ( a total of four online sessions) where we’ll explore a variety of tools and practices to support your healing journey. Each session will be tailored to your unique needs, combining both practical and holistic approaches to help you reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit.

Through somatic therapy, we will tap into the wisdom of your body to release trauma and stress that may be stored within. Gentle, restorative movement will support your emotional healing and help you reconnect with your physical self.
3. Yoga Philosophy & Mindset
Drawing from ancient yoga philosophy texts, we will explore timeless teachings that support your mental and emotional resilience. These texts will provide you with a deeper understanding of yourself, offering insights into cultivating peace, clarity, and inner strength.
4. Life Coaching & Mindset Training
Together, we’ll work on shifting limiting beliefs, strengthening your mindset, and building self-confidence. This coaching will give you the tools to not only overcome challenges but to thrive despite them, empowering you to take inspired action in your life.
5. Breathing Techniques for Healing & Clarity
Breathwork is an incredibly powerful tool for calming the nervous system, releasing tension, and fostering mental clarity. You will learn breathing techniques that will support your emotional well-being and aid you in moments of stress or uncertainty.
6. Tools for Healing.
Throughout the program, we’ll integrate practical tools and healing exercises that will help you process grief, navigate life transitions, and embrace growth. Each session will provide strategies for overcoming obstacles and stepping into a life of purpose and fulfillment.

Today, I share what I do because I have walked through the pain of loss, the grief of losing a parent, and the personal journey of healing from health challenges.
