Community is at the heart of everything we do and is the whole reason we exist, through our desire to share space with like minded souls. As the world gets louder and somewhat darker every day, both literally and figuratively,

we are so grateful for every single one of you who comes and shares time and space with us, making Flow State what it is.

Therefore, please join us for a festive gathering, where we can properly come together in community.

We’ll have Tom playing some vinyl tunes on behalf of our neighbours Capsule Records, some mulled loveliness, Margs & mocktails courtesy of our faves Mamas, a bake sale (feel free to bring your delights), Big Hugs, a big old sing song Kirtan style with the wonderful Kelly Jarvis, Jas Newsone & friends…and a whole heap of connection, with donations to War Child as we continue to fundraise…
