A Yoga Therapy Retreat

Join yoga therapists Kelly Jarvis, Leanne Tessier-D'Silva & Laura Trosh on Saturday the 7th of Dec 2024, 10.15am - 4pm, at the magical Yoga Garden in Horsham, just over an hour from London. We will be spending the day in a beautiful yurt surrounded by nature and taking a journey through the elements of fire, water, earth and air.

There will be movement, meditation, nature bathing, sound, cacao, kirtan chanting and more. A delicious vegan lunch and snacks are included, and there will also be the option for cold water swimming in the lake!
